What is DNR ? and how to improve ?
DNR is 'Delivered not Received'. You have to make sure you follow customer notes and call/text the customer. If the customer does not pickup/respond, call customer support.
DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES IN THE MAILROOM.
DO NOT USE THE HOUSEHOLD MEMBER OPTION. WHEN HANDING A PACKAGE TO A FAMILY MEMBER, USE RECEPTIONIST AND TYPE THEIR FULL NAME.
What is SEATBELT SCORE ? and how to improve ?
The seatbelt score is the number of times you do not wear the seatbelt while driving. The proper sequence is to turn on the vehicle, click the seatbelt and then start driving. Amazon also measures the number of seatbelt off so make sure when you stop, you unclick the seat belt and turn off the vehicle. Amazon is tracking your score so if you get notified again, you will be written up.
What is FICO Score ? and how to improve ?
FICO measure your safe driving behavior. Please log into the eMentor app and click on the icon where it says "Trips" to see the areas that need improvement (e.g., Acceleration, Braking, Cornering, Distraction, Speeding and Seatbelt).
When braking make sure you gently press on the brakes, when the van is drive do not touch rabbit only use rabbit when it's on park, when cornering do not speed when turning on corners, when accelerating do not press on the gas hard, always wear your seatbelts. Also, please watch all the videos as soon as possible which will help improve your score. Amazon is tracking your score very closely so make sure you bring it above 800.
What is COMPLIANCE ? and how to improve ?
CONTACT COMPLIANCE is when the driver does not contact the customer when making deliveries confirm with the customer where to leave the packages. If a note says "Do not leave unattended" or "Call customer", you have to text the customer 1x and call the customer 2x.
What is DCR? and how to improve ?
DCR is Delivery Completion Rate. If your score is below 98.5%, it means you brought back too many packages to the station without attempting the delivery. If a business is closed or unavailable, make sure you call 2x and text 1x the customer. If customer does not pick up, call Driver Support. Amazon is tracking you so keep this score above 98.5%.
What is SPEEDING? and how to improve ?
SPEEDING is when you are going 10mph or more over the speed limit. For example, on the highway, the speed limit is 55mph. Make sure you stay below 60mph. Make sure you are aware of the posted speed limits and be especially careful in the school zones.
What is CUSTOMER INFRACTION? and how to improve ?
CUSTOMER INFRACTION is the drivers are not following customer's instructions when delivering.
Always check the delivery app for customer-provided delivery instructions. Sometimes instructions are also posted on the property, or can be found by stopping at the property management office.
Always attempt to deliver a package to the customer or receptionist rather than leaving packages unattended in a mail room, office or front entrance. If you are unable to access the building, or determine there is no secure location, please call the customer and dispatch, and follow their instructions.
Always scan packages using the correct information, and never mark a package as "Delivered to household member Delivered" unless you handed it directly to the customer. Customers rely on the delivery information you provide through the delivery app to locate their packages, and inaccurate scan codes provide a negative experience.
